CHEVELLE HEADING ON UK TOUR THIS JULY CO-HEADLINING WITH BREAKING BENJAMIN
Multi-platinum rock band Chevelle are preparing to bring their acclaimed live shows back across the pond for a five-date tour this July, with Breaking Benjamin.
The run will see the Illinois trio perform in Birmingham, Glasgow, Belfast, Manchester and London, giving UK fans their first opportunity in years to experience tracks from their latest album, Bright As Blasphemy, alongside fan favourites spanning the band’s extensive catalogue. The album is available here.
Renowned for their powerful blend of crushing riffs, soaring melodies and dynamic live performances, Chevelle have spent more than two decades establishing themselves as one of modern rock’s most enduring and influential acts. With multiple platinum-selling releases and a string of chart-topping rock radio hits to their name, the band continue to command a devoted global following.
Their latest album, Bright As Blasphemy, marked the band’s first new studio release in four years and introduced a new chapter in the band’s evolution, featuring standout tracks including “Rabbit Hole (Cowards, Pt. 1)” and “Pale Horse“.
Regarding the album the band states: “Human existence encompasses both inherent challenges and potential. It’s up to you how to pass the time. Enjoy.” This quote encompasses the full spirit of the record, both sonically and lyrically — once again, Chevelle delivers an album that showcases, on one hand, the unique soundscape the fans have become accustomed to, and on the other, strong and fresh songwriting.
Bright As Blasphemy is the band’s first new material in four years, and has gathered acclaim from both fans and critics. The first single Rabbit Hole (Cowards, pt.1), released last spring, reached No. 2 at rock radio in the US.
