West Midlands Accountants Lodestar Mark Ten Years with B Corp Certification
Lodestar Accounting has achieved B Corp certification, a fitting milestone in the year the firm celebrates a decade in business.
The certification, the result of a rigorous year-long process, caps ten years of Lodestar doing accountancy differently.
Founded in Tamworth by Chloe Fallon in 2016, Lodestar Accounting is the North Star for challenger brands: high-growth, purpose-led businesses scaling sustainably without compromising their values.
Chloe explains: “Achieving B Corp certification has been an incredible journey for us. It’s a lengthy process that scrutinises every corner of a business to make sure profit and purpose are in balance and, most importantly, that you’re a brilliant place to work.
“Before we started, we wanted to be sure Lodestar was ready, so we made several sustainable changes along the way. B Corp isn’t a badge you win once. It’s a commitment you keep, which means we’ll keep improving as we grow.

Lodestar Accounting is a team of 16, four of whom joined this year, and 2026 has seen revenue grow 20 per cent year-on-year.
Chloe continues: “Our tenth year has been a very special one. Alongside B Corp, we’ve welcomed four incredible new team members and grown our revenue substantially.
“In September we hosted the Purpose Pavilion at Ideas Fest, which has become the Glastonbury of business. It was a brilliant chance to meet like-minded founders and scale-ups, and true to form, we brought the joy.
