Land in Wolverhampton with residential planning comes to market
A prominent development site alongside a brand new Lidl store in Wolverhampton has been brought to market.
The site off Dimmock Street in the Parkfield area of the city extends to approximately 1.23 acres and comes with outline planning consent for residential development within Class C3a.
The cleared site occupies a highly visible location alongside a new 23,519 sq ft Lidl store, which is currently under construction and set to open in early 2027.
The development is being marketed by Birmingham-based consultancy Johnson Fellows, with initial bids requested by 5pm on 11th September 2026.

Chris Gaskell, partner at Johnson Fellows said: “This is a well-located residential development opportunity in an established suburban location, with outline planning consent for Class C3a development already permitted. Its position alongside the new Lidl store reflects the ongoing investment in this area of the city, making this a proposition not to be missed.”
