Leigh & Co Opens in Wolverhampton

Shannon Pasmore-Chinn, is a young lady that’s going places.

Aged just 30, she is a fully qualified nurse with over 10 years of experience in healthcare. Throughout her nursing career, she have always had a strong interest in facial anatomy and a genuine passion for helping people feel confident and comfortable in their own skin. This passion naturally led her to train as an aesthetics practitioner, where clinical knowledge and artistry meet.

She says, “I began my aesthetics journey working from home, before progressing to renting clinic space within established salons on a day-rate basis. As my client base grew, I went on to rent a full-time treatment room within a hair salon, where I worked independently for a year. These experiences shaped both my clinical practice and my vision for the future.”

“Originally, the business was founded under the name Shannon Leigh Aesthetics, reflecting my personal journey and clinical practice. As the business grew and my vision expanded, it became clear that I wanted to create something bigger than myself — a space that represented collaboration, inclusivity, and shared success.”

Shannon continues, “The name LEIGH & CO. was chosen to reflect this evolution. It represents not only my role as the founder, but also the talented professionals who work alongside me. “& Co.” symbolises community, teamwork, and a collective commitment to high standards across beauty, wellness, and medical aesthetics. The name change marks the transition from an individual practice to a collaborative salon environment, where professionals support one another and clients benefit from a truly holistic experience.”

“On 1st December 2025, I took the next step and opened my own salon, LEIGH & CO. My aim was to create more than just a treatment space — I wanted to build a collaborative environment for beauty professionals, where like-minded practitioners can work together, support one another, and grow successful businesses side by side.”

LEIGH & CO. is a carefully curated collaborative salon space, designed to bring together skilled beauty and wellness professionals under one roof. The salon offers a calm, welcoming environment where expertise, professionalism, and client care are always the priority.

They offer a wide range of services, including:

  • Hair services
  • Nails
  • Japanese Head Spa treatments
  • Facials and advanced skin treatments
  • Eyebrows and eyelashes
  • Semi-permanent makeup (SPMU)
  • Lymphatic drainage and wellness treatments
  • Professional makeup services
  • Medical aesthetics

By housing multiple disciplines in one space, LEIGH & CO. allows clients to enjoy a holistic approach to beauty and wellness, while professionals are encouraged to collaborate, share knowledge, and support each other’s growth.

LEIGH & CO. is more than a salon – it’s a community built on high standards, continuous education, and a shared passion for delivering exceptional results.

Shannon adds, “Over the next 12 months, my focus is on continuing to grow LEIGH & CO. as a trusted, forward-thinking space for beauty and medical aesthetics. A key priority is the completion of my Nurse Prescriber training, further strengthening the clinical foundations of the salon and ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance, and patient care.”

“As the business evolves, I aim to begin training, mentoring, and supporting practitioners within medical aesthetics, helping to raise industry standards and promote ethical, evidence-based practice. My vision is for LEIGH & CO. to become known not only for exceptional treatments, but also for professionalism, education, and integrity within the aesthetics industry.”

Finally, Shannon says, “I also plan to continue expanding and refining the services offered within the salon, carefully selecting practitioners who align with the values of LEIGH & CO. — collaboration, quality, and client-centred care. By investing in advanced treatments, education, and a supportive working environment, my goal is to create a space where both clients and professionals can thrive.”

“Ultimately, the next year is about setting a benchmark for excellence, building a strong community, and shaping the future of medical aesthetics in a way that is safe, responsible, and results-driven.”
