DM & Co announce appointment of new Managing Director
One of Solihull’s most prominent estate agencies, DM & Co, has announced the appointment of Lisa Smith as its new Managing Director, marking the start of an exciting new chapter for the business.
With a clear agenda to strengthen operational excellence, expand lettings services and grow sales, Lisa is set to drive DM & Co’s next phase of growth.
Bringing a wealth of industry experience, Lisa began her career with several large corporate agencies before joining DM & Co as a Branch Manager five years ago. Since then, she has demonstrated exceptional leadership, clear vision and a deep understanding of the local property market.
This intimate knowledge of Solihull and surrounding areas, combined with her passion for property, makes her the ideal fit to lead DM & Co. Under her guidance the agency is already seeing positive momentum with a renewed focus on client service and innovation.
